Oneg Shabbat
Congratulations on your forthcoming simcha! We are pleased that you will be sponsoring an Oneg Shabbat. The Board of Directors and the members of the congregation wish you a hearty Mazel Tov on this wonderful occasion.
It is customary for congregants celebrating a Bar/Bat Mitzvah, wedding, baby naming or other simcha, to sponsor an Oneg Shabbat after services on Friday evening. The Oneg is an opportunity for the entire Temple Beth Sholom family to come together as a whole community and rejoice.
